• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items that are non-returnable include: personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and downloadable products.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

b. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice and the RA number.

c. Ship the package to the provided return address.

3. Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s), unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
• Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.

4. Refunds:

• Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a similar product, please follow the return process and specify your exchange preferences.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative.
