HOW TO DRY BRUSH:
Steps:
Step 1: Start on dry skin before bathing
Step 2: Begin at the ankles in circular, move upwards towards the heart
Step 3: Then move to the stomach, arms, and shoulders
Step 4: When dry brushing your back, go from the neck towards your lower back
Step 5: Dry brush between 3 to 5 mins
Step 6: Avoid sensitive areas, such as burns, sores or dry patches of eczema
Step 7: Shower right after dry brushing to wash away all the dead skin cells
Step 8: Finish off by applying a slick moisturizer or coconut oil to keep your skin smooth and hydrated

HOW TO WET BRUSH:
Steps:
Step 1: Wet the whole body with a shower
Step 2: Apply appropriate bath solution to the bath brush
Step 3: Rub the brush with your hands to create a rich foam
Step 4: Wash the whole body with the body brush
Step 5: Shower clean all foam on the body
Step 6: Rinse the bath brush with water and dry it

BRUSH CARE:
